The construction of our system is the most heavy duty available industry wide. Our kit in a box weighs 95 pounds and most of the competition is roughly 40 to 50 pounds. In other words, the gauge thickness of our side rails, down tubes, mounting tracks and sway braces is thicker and our kit is a completely bolted together mono-structure upon completion. Our kits have an integrated safety lip around the perimeter and they do not sway when you load and offload them like other competitor's kits.

Each standard fixed 4’x8′ unit is strong enough to hold 750 lbs when hung from the ceiling and 1,000 lbs when one side is mounted to the wall.

Long-term less frequently used items like bulky equipment, storage bins, luggage and seasonal items are best stored on overhead racks.

Our overhead storage racks in Charlotte have an integrated safety lip around the perimeter of the bottom tray and "T" shaped sway braces for each connection from the down tube to the safety lip that make it the most rigid in the industry. Because our kit has the retaining lip around the perimeter and it doesn't sway around as you load it, there is no need to add the cost of a safety net like the competition sells for units without a safety lip or sway braces.

The overhead racks are powder-coated, industrial-grade steel frames to ensure the safety of each and every unit.
